Bay gears up in all earnest with a probable system

The Indian summer monsoon is on the threshold of bidding good bye and at the same time is in a generous mood to leave the Indian shores on a high note with regions like Vidharba, Madhya Maharashtra, Telengana, coastal Karnataka and AP hogging the limelight with notable rain showers. While the ubiquitous south west monsoon swan song continues, all eyes are on the bay for a probable low pressure area development over east central Bay of Bengal in few days time and its progress.
Moving down south, fairly widespread rains are expected to continue over swathes of North interior TN, extreme southern tip of the state, notably Kanyakumari district, Western region close to the Ghats and isolated rainfall over coastal TN.
