Pristine sunny weather to continue over TN

Brisk and seasonal sunny weather will continue to prevail over South Peninsula in entirety and Tamil Nadu is no exception. Interior parts of the state will witness early summerish warmth accompanied by extremely less humidity levels whereas low warmth will be noted in coastal climes. Night temperatures will settle at near normal levels for early March settings.

Wind confluence over lower and upper levels of the atmosphere could bring thundershowers and hails to isolated places in East Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Vidharbha in the coming days.

City Outlook:

Chennai – Warm, less humid and sunny with highs of 33C and lows of 23C.

Vellore – Very warm day followed by a comfortable night. Temperatures will range at 35/18C.

Trichy – Very warm day in the offing with highs of 35C. Nights will be close to comfort at 22C.

Madurai – Very warm to hot with highs of 37C. Early mornings will turn pleasant at 22C.

Coimbatore – Hot, dry and sunny with highs of 36C. Minimum will settle at balmy 21C.
