The famed Indian Summer monsoon continues to show its vigour over Northern plains , Gangetic West Bengal and the North eastern states. This trend is very likely to persist over the aforementioned mentioned regions over the next few days.

Madurai – Hot and sunny with mercury settling at 39C/26C. Chance of an odd shower in the vicinity.
Trichy – Very warm and sunny with highs of 38C and lows of 27C. Dry weather will prevail in the city.
Coimbatore – Slightly warmer than normal with day highs of 33C. Nights will cool down at 23C. No chance of rains.
