Stage is set for the grand extravaganza over core monsoon zones of India as the SWM recoups back to force courtesy seasonal monsoon low pressure area which will form over North Bay by tomorrow. Robust westerly flows have established over the Arabian sea in tandem, which is set to kick-start the monsoon engine once again. Heavy to very heavy rains are forecast over Coastal Karnataka and Konkan zones starting today until Wednesday alongside parts of Kerala and South Interior Karnataka. Wet weather is also forecast over Central India too in the same window.
Windy conditions should take over much of Peninsular India and TN is no exception. Places adjoining ghats in western districts of the state should see overcast weather turning showery at times. Rest of TN should stay warm and seasonal weather conditions would prevail with gusty winds and chances of rains is very bleak and will be restricted to isolated places.
