Soon after the much awaited onset, monsoon flows have abruptly tapered down over the West coast. These tepid monsoon conditions over the peninsula are expected to persist for another 72-84 hours, after which a favorable circulation is expected to throw up over the Bay aiding the progression of monsoon northward.
Meanwhile, Hot and Humid conditions over Coastal TN, Rayalaseema and Coastal AP are slated to continue for the next 24 hours. Heatwave like conditions are forecasted to continue over West Rajasthan,Vidharba, East Madhyapradesh and West Uttar Pradesh.
